How your card works

Once you have your card, you can use it at any Game or Dion Wired store countrywide for purchases of R100 or more.

  • Simply swipe your card and choose one of the following payment plans to suit your budget:
    • Straight (Revolving)
    • 24 Months Budget (for purchases over R600)
    • 36 Months Budget (for purchases over R600)
  • No deposit required.
  • There is no need to wait until your balance has been paid in full before purchasing again.
  • Purchases can be made with the card as long as there is credit available and your account remains in good standing.
  • We’ll send you a monthly statement indicating how much you owe and by what date you need to pay.
  • You can pay at any Game store, by debit order or electronic banking.
  • If you would like to increase your credit limit, please contact us on 0861 00 22 33 and we’ll try our best to assist you.
  • Lost, stolen or damaged cards are replaced at all Game stores.
  • Lost or damaged cards are replaced at a nominal charge.
  • Call 0861 00 22 33 immediately to report the loss or theft of your card.

What do I need to apply for a card?

Simply bring your green SA ID book to the Credit Department in-store and complete an application form which can be downloaded here. If you are over the age of 18, a South African citizen and earn a monthly salary of R2000 or more, we will be happy to consider your application.

Please note that bank statements and other supporting documents may be required for verification purposes. (No accounts opened for students)

Customer Protection Insurance

  • Death Cover (which covers your outstanding balance up to an amount of R10 000);
  • Permanent Disability (which covers your outstanding balance up to an amount of R10 000);
  • Temporary Disability (which covers your outstanding balance up to an amount equal to 6 months of your instalments);
  • Retrenchment (which covers your outstanding balance up to an amount equal to 6 months of your instalments).

Terms & Conditions for Polo Vivo + R40 000 Gift card prizes

1. The competition is open to all new and existing RCS Card Holders residing within the Republic of South Africa.
    Employees of RCS & Mass Stores (Pty) Ltd, their advertising agencies, promotional agencies and immediate families may
    not enter this competition.
2. Competition runs from 4 July 2010 until 12 September 2010.
3. Contestants stand a chance to win the New 55KW 1.4 VW Polo Vivo worth R105 000 and R40000 worth of weekly Gift Cards.
4. Contestants will also stand a chance be entered into a weekly draw for a chance to win a1 R4000 Gift Card per week, on
    condition they spend R500 or more in that week. A draw will take place every week for 10 weeks during the period of the
    promotion.for the duration of the competition.
5. New Card Holders are automatically entered into the competition draw when they apply for, are approved for, and spend R500 or
    more on the Game Card during the promotional period.  Existing card holders will be entered into the draws by spending R500
    or more on their Game Cards during the promotional period.
6. In order to form part of the draw a customer’s account may not be in arrears.
7. No entries by post or any other form will be accepted. Applications are done at the store ONLY.
8. Insurance, fuel, maintenance and servicing of the vehicle are for the prize winner’s account and once the vehicle has been handed over,
    all liability in respect of the vehicle are is immediately passed to the winner, including the full licensing of the vehicle. All risk
    passes to the winner on physical handover of the vehicle prize.
9. The prize must be collected by the winner together with a driver that holds a valid RSA drivers license.
10. The judges’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The Gift Card is not transferable and may not be converted to cash
